Doolee were engaged by BreatheSafe to be the registered builder for the turnkey construction of a 1,800m² storage warehouse in Kewdale, Western Australia.
Scope inclusions
- Bulk earthworks, civil and concrete construction for a new warehouse facility, including detailed excavation, foundation works, hardstands, and external pavements
- Complete tilt-up panel warehouse build, incorporating structural steel roofing, insulation, and internal framing to suit operational and compliance requirements
- Full in-ground services installation, covering water, sewer, stormwater, electrical, communications, and IT/data infrastructure — coordinated and commissioned in-house
- Internal fit-out works, including installation of amenities such as bathrooms, kitchens, boardrooms, reception area, office partitions, lighting, HVAC, and security systems
- External works, including all hard and soft landscaping, kerbing, line marking, access roads, car parking, fencing, and the supply and installation of custom signage — delivered as a complete turnkey package
