Everyone is empowered to take responsibility for their own safety, that of their coworkers, and the environments in which we operate.
Each one of our team can take advantage of regular safety training, access to safe equipment and materials, and is supported by safe systems of work. We call this a risk-aware, not risk-averse, approach. So, rather than avoiding risk, we put mitigating solutions in place before it happens.
