Our Story

Company Overview

Doolee was established in 2014 by our two founders, Eanna Doolin and Francis Lee – but our experience goes far beyond that.

With backgrounds built in the mining and civil construction industries, Doolin and Lee saw an opportunity to partner together and create a business that leveraged their deep knowledge to expand these services across industries, capabilities and locations.

Originally founded in WA, Doolee now operates all across Australia. Since our inception, we have grown into a trusted mining contractor in Perth, delivering critical infrastructure and maintenance to the resources sector. Together, we support the growth of the successful mining, resources, industrial and government organisations that are leading our country forward. Our team focuses on turnkey solutions that solve clients’ individual challenges, providing a complete service that supports their requirements at every step.

Combining all our services in-house enables our clients to maximise their budgets in a more streamlined and cost-effective way. Our growth has been fuelled by a commitment to self-performance, supported by an extensive plant fleet that gives us control over project timelines. This helps to reduce the number of people on site, while improving safety and ensuring better processes are in place.
