The project involved upgrading existing drainage V channels to prevent the undermining of existing foundation structures.

The installation of a concrete canvas, in line with rock pitching and regrading of the existing V Channel drains, provided the necessary maintenance required to allow successful and uninterrupted operation procedures to the gas plant. This project was a huge success given the critical time frame involved along with working in areas of high risk.

The overall project involved the installation of an anaerobic digester tank where the waste from the pigs flows into. The bacteria breaks down the waste and creates methane which is then put into generators, creating electricity. The Biogas facility will be capable of producing 1.7 MW per year which will make the farm fully self sufficient.
