Project description

Doolee was engaged to deliver fire protection services as part of the David Jones refurbishment at 121 Castlereagh Street, Sydney. Our scope of work involved abrasive blasting of steel columns across four commercial floors of the building, requiring multiple containment structures around each column. Adequate ventilation and dehumidifiers were employed to ensure optimal working conditions.

A tailored three-coat intumescent system was applied to primary structural components, adhering to the FRL specified. To meet tight deadlines, our team operated both day and night shifts, completing intensive tasks during off-peak hours.
