Project Description
Doolee was engaged for the installation of 3no drive-in sumps at the Eliwana minesite for Fortescue.
Scope Inclusions
- The drive in sumps were constructed adjacent to live operating plant at the Eliwana OPF
- Detailed excavation to required lines and levels, working in close proximity to exist live services formwork reinforcement and pouring the sump bases at various different levels and slopes including installation of cast in rails
- Formwork, reinforcement and pouring of sump walls, including cast in rails and pouring a one-sided wall
- Supply and installation of handrails to FMG standards
- Backfill and detailed earthworks around completed sumps
- Pouring apron slabs around sumps to guide water run off from OPF to Sumps
